add common name to "replacement species"

at the moment, the replacement species are listed only by latin name (as documented by the city)

NB - in some circumstances, multiple species are listed and in other circumstances, no species are listed in this field (eg "Brahea armata, Pinus torreyana (east side only)" or "This section is being developed as part of a future streetscape for the Expo Line")

(we could also at some future point activate these names so that a user could click to see where/if the replacement species exists in the city)
