Make window tabs drgaable instead of the window background.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Tabs are really strange and are not simple to grasp for new users.
I had to have this explained to me in the discord.

Window's should be drag and dockable by clicking on the tabs rather then the window tab background.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Nothing I'm new just giving my input as someone who has used desktop ui alot.

I'm on kubuntu linux 24.04.
