Horizontal ProgressBar under ActionBar ?

Is there a way to have the horizontal progress bar under the ActionBar, instead of above like with this :

supportRequestWindowFeature(Window.FEATURE_PROGRESS)
// setting the content view
setSupportProgressBarIndeterminate(true)
setSupportProgressBarVisibility(true)
