Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This feature will deliver an italian version of kuro.

Necessary steps:

  • add italian language template (locales/it.json)
  • add svg image with italian flag (should be like the other .svgs)
  • add italian to LocaleChanger.vue and its logic
