Behavior I experience:

Can move dialogs anywhere within the container div okay but cannot resize dialogs into the bottom 25 (or so) pixels
Maximizing the dialog breaks the containment when re-window-ified: can drag and resize over top of status/menu bar.

https://github.com/ROMB/jquery-dialogextend
is v 2.0.3 which may fix some of these issues? Or at least should be tried before reporting them.
