Summary of Changes
Identified this couple of issues:

Started creating a Getting Started repo to go with this guide however it still needs a little more like styles and of course an actual installed version of Greenwood, so there's a bit of a chicken and an egg situation. (can't release Greenwood without a Getting Started section)
I think if the content here is good, we should merge it once approved, and we can keep #98 open until I've had a chance to test the Getting Started repo against a published version of Greenwood. This would at least allow us to finish the styling of the site by having all content available.
