Crashing on Forge 31.2.30 and 31.2.45 (1.15.2)

Launching minecraft on recent 1.15 forge versions, using only the Project Essentials Core and Project Essentials Chat, the game crashes during loading phase. The game crashes when other mods are in the modpack as well.

Crash message I get is:
The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
