Working groups section needs a call to action and context on joining

Right now, the working group section has the info about the group and who runs it, but there's no info on how to get involved. Given there's only a single link to the group leaders profile, I would imagine emailing them is the current approach.

It would be cool to create custom landing pages for each working group (if they want one) so folks can see when the group meets, meeting minutes, etc etc. Happy to help on this front if anyone wants to sync on this.
