Support TRT compiler test in the CI test.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since the MONAI core has introduced the TRT compiler feature after 1.4 and the model zoo has added a few bundles with the feature support. The previous CI test for the TensorRT conversion is not able to cover all cases. Therefore, we need to add a new CI test for this.
