• AI in Pathology Challenges:
  • [Kaggle] Mayo Clinic STRIP AI: providing a MONAI baseline: https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/mayo-clinic-strip-ai
  • Once a challenge is finished, we should get in contact with the best solutions and help to contribute to MONAI. This is what we already want to do with https://neurips22-cellseg.grand-challenge.org.
• CoNIC dataset for HoVerNet but need to be double checked if it is the same as Lizard dataset.
• MetaTensor:
  • Affine is not being use in digital pathology community, so better to avoid having this a primary propterties.
  • use x and y resolution
  • having slide meta data matching OpenSlide
