Is the ROI randomly selected?

I'm new here, and I found this project really amazing. THANKS YOU ALL, I have a simple question.

In the " spleen_segmentation_3d" the training transform the input images are cropped of spatial_size=(96, 96, 96),

Is the ROI randomly selected? cause my own images are 512, 512, 320, and I'm afraid to use crop becouse I can crop the voxel that I want to segment.

Is the model is fed with the full input image (512, 512, 320), or only the cropped image (96, 96, 96),

I don't want to use resize or Spacingd because I don't want to lose quality in the images,
