[Bug]: Post tags do not display on web UI

What happened?

While testing the SM3DW Miiverse posting functionality on a local server, I noticed that while on the Wii U, details of the world I posted the message in were visible on the Wii U but not on the web frontend.

What did you expect to happen?

The "World 5" Tag is visible on the Web UI

Steps to reproduce?

1. On a self-hosted server, or on the official servers, with a correctly setup community, post to Miiverse from the world selection menu in SM3DW.

2. Post the message and look at it in Juxt on the Wii U vs the web (juxt.pretendo.network) frontend.

Other relevant information. (OPTIONAL)

I did this on a self-hosted server: when posting to Juxt functionality is made in games and they post tags, they should be visible on the web UI.
