What enhancement would you like to see?

A great enhancement for this feature would be to prevent being able to report a message that has already be reported once, this could prevent the embeds from flooding the channels and also it would also prevent abusive mass warnings from trolls

This could be done by registering messages ids from reported messages in a database, then when a user reports a message, it checks if it's already in the database, if the size of the database is a problem, it could be wiped every hour, it could also just be done by adding a cooldown to the command, but this may be a problem in case multiple people are breaking the no piracy rule
