И текущее время в диапазоне от "23:30:00" до "23:59:59"
Тогда я жду наступления времени "00:00:00"

Нужно для случаев, когда сценарию важно дождаться конкретного времени.
Например, нужно избежать перехода через полночь в другую дату.
