Is it possible to capture diagnostics and feedback at the Node end? #38

It would be useful to send operation details specific to a Node back to that Node for troubleshooting.

The question is, what would the LCM do with that info? Would it log it? Send it to the Windows Event Log? Just ignore it? Maybe cause a general error?
