Changelog Feature Request for QOL

This should have been an issue before, but it was an errant thought and I didn't bother (which was lazy of me). Now, I've had a further thought and so I'm putting a proper issue together for you @PostHog/website-docs

Two feature requests for the changelog.

1: Auto-assign known details

It would be great if some of these fields auto-complete on the changelog.

Like, if I say Author: Paul D'Ambra then it auto-assigns Team: Replay and Product: Session Replay for me and lets me override them if needed.

This would be helpful for a few reasons:

1. It's just a bit of a pain to go and look up what teams people are on and assign the extra fields. We're growing fast and it's not always clear what team new hires are on, especially as the number of teams and products grows.
2. The lists for teams and products aren't sorted alphabetically, so even if I do know the team and product then it's still a pain to find them in the list.

2: Support for gifs, videos, code snippets in image block

There are some changes which are either completely non-visual (e.g. backend code things) or which can't be effectively show in a large screenshot (e.g. small menus, which need either a bit of animation or a small image which may not display well). It would be great if we could support having other types of content instead of just an image -- e.g. code snippets or gifs.

We're also hiring a video producer soon, so having an easy way to link to a YouTube or self-hosted video here would probably save time in the future too.
