Proposed change
Allow configuration of migration job pod template parameter such as nodeSelector, tolerations, topologySpreadConstraints etc.

Alternative options
migration job can not be scheduled because it does not have required tolerations

Additional context

affinity can already be configured

Legion2 added the enhancement label
