iron-list should work with screenreaders

When moving focus up and down the list, iron-list should announce how many items and the current index by using role="list" and role="listitem" appropriately (the "list" needs to be a wrapper div to work properly with Shadow DOM it seems). Ideally it should also apply aria-multiselectable and aria-selected for selection purposes.
