The current verbiage like
Your SNAP allotment is $5,000
Suggests too much confidence and also that they've already applied, and could use more active voice.
Instead I'd suggest this for benefits and refundable tax credits:
You may qualify for $5,000 in SNAP
And this for taxes:
You may owe $3,000 in payroll taxes
Or maybe some verb other than owe that doesn't imply they haven't fully paid it. "Could be liable" could be an alternative.
