Context

We have data-requests in the database, but they have a few issues preventing them from being readily displayed.

Requirements

  • close V1 to V2 Database Migration Plan #456
  • ensure status syncs from GitHub
  • add a proper location for each data-request
  • add better titles (we auto-generated some because we didn't have a title prop before)
  • turn on auto-creation of github issues

Tests

  • We should test that statii sync from github, if we don't already
