when you have a zygarde cube you store zygarde cells/cores you find around your world(they be tiny model blocks that look like a zygarde cell and they are transparent so you can barely see them) when you have 50 cells you can change zygarde 10% into zygarde 50%, when you have 100 you can change zygarde 50% into zygarde 100%

when you capture more regular zygarde 10%s you can then combined them in the zygarde cube by shift right clicking.
