Adding a button for renaming your pokecube would make it more obvious that you are able to rename them.

For the three months I've been playing with this mod I didn't know you could actually rename your pokemobs by clicking their name in their UI until today. I'm glad the feature is actually implemented, but I would suggest adding a button for it! Perhaps an "R" right beside the name outside the UI in its own box/button

Or a pencil icon could work for that.
