Crash when included in a pack with Iguanatweaks Reborn.

Issue Description:

Pokecube causes a crash when in the same pack as IguanaTweaks Reborn.

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Cannot set property PropertyDirection{name=facing, clazz=class net.minecraft.util.EnumFacing, values=[north, south, west, east]} to down on block pokecube_legends:ultraspace_portal, it is not an allowed value

What happens:

Pokecube causes a crash when in the same pack as IguanaTweaks Reborn.

What you expected to happen:

No Crashing

1. Create a new modpack
2. Install IguanaTweaks Reborn and Pokecube AIO
3. Crash
