Scrappy + False Swipe not working on ghost types

Issue Description:

A pokemob with the ability Scrappy, using the move False Swipe, does not hurt ghost type pokemobs. Further testing shows other normal moves also fail.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Breed (or /pokemake) a pancham with the ability Scrappy
2. Teach it false swipe
3. Attempt to use false swipe on a ghost pokemob
