PDF download sometimes not working #553

The download of the answers as a PDF file is sometimes not working (Android 11, Chrome version 121.0.6167.66): Only after hitting "Download" several times, the download starts. Using the Samsung browser, the download doesn't start at all. No problems occur with the other report types.

If you can create a recreatable set of steps to show this, it can be looked into.
