While using the fCal tool for calibrating my tracked ultrasound, I'm encountering the following issue: During the spatial calibration, my green dots are barely, if at all, recognized. Even when I adjust the values quite intensively, the green dots are only recognized in certain positions. However, once they are detected, the green dots often do not maintain their position but instead jump between positions. This results in an unusual pattern, where, for example, the green dots of level 5 are sometimes detected on the first level and vice versa. Additionally, it never happens that all 9 actual wires are detected at once, so at least one always remains unrecognized.
I'm using the fCal 2.0 phantom with the corresponding 2.0 wiring. Do you have any idea what the issue might be? Thank you!
