Can't create new account

When signing up for a new account at https://app.pluralith.com/#/auth?redirect=/, the submit button triggers a 404 in the console: POST https://api.pluralith.com/v1/org/create/ 404 (Not Found)

Created an account now, after trying the same thing over and over. Now, POST https://api.pluralith.com/v1/project/create 404 (Not Found) comes up now when trying to create a project.
