Download the assoicaiton between gene ontotology term and trait ontology term?

Hi,
We want to get the associations between genes and trait ontology, is it possible for us to download it?
if not, we want to first get the association between GO and genes, then based on the association between GO term and TO term, we assign the genes to this TO term? is it correct? thanks.

for example, "A plant trait (TO:0000387) which is a morphological quality of a plant anatomical entity (PO:0025131) or a constituent cellular component (GO:0005575) contained therein", here TO:0000387 is linked to GO:0005575.
