Search message and empty illustration both appear at same time

Describe the bug
While searching for species in Manage Species when no species is added by user and less than 3 characters are searched in search box then both search message and illustration for empty species appears at the same time

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Manage Species
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
When user searches for something in search box either the result should appear or just the search message if there is not search result.
