Add an analysis calculations table will include the following columns:
period - based on frame number (or time, if available) (Circumnutation)
length - total distance the marker moved since frame 0 (Circumnutation)
shape - ? (from Stolarz?) (Circumnutation)
rate - average mm/frame (calculate distance moved frame to frame for each frame, and average these distances) (Circumnutation)
These will be aggregate calculations over the frames of the movie.
We are considering having two such tables:
As of the current frame displayed in the analysis area, near the current Marker Table
As part of the results area, that shows the calculation results for the entire movie (final frame of the movie), displayed along with or near the graphs.
We might (re-)introduce the idea of analysis types or movement types such as Gravitropism and Circumnutation so that there is a way to select the type so that only calculations meaningful for that type are displayed. An "All" choice would be helpful for as-yet uncontemplated or unspecified analysis/movement types.
