use desktop as temp/working directory

i hate hacing to navigate to te temp directoy every time i want to access it it would be so much easir if it was just use my desktop for temp files

Ohh emm gee, totally! Instead temp should hold shortcuts referring to the desktop, then sort the desktop every time a new file by browser goes there. Based on my initial considerations this is helpful in many cases.
