유지보수하기 좋게 토큰과 캐시를 하나의 객체로 놓고
서버당 하나의 토큰이자 캐시를 가질 수 있게 하여 좀 더 로직을 깔끔하게
api의 파라미터에 불필요한 파라미터를 최소화
