[BUG]: barcode trait is not recording the scanned barcode #1157

Description

When using barcode trait the barcode scanner opens and appears to scan a code, but then does not insert / record the scanned barcode (the trait remains blank). The text trait can be used to scan and record the same barcode.

Expected behavior

Should record the barcode.

What trait type are you trying to scan into and what value are you trying to input?

@jessepoland what exactly is your barcode trait? FieldBook doesn't have a default barcode trait yet.
