Cisco 8945 configured as having 0 buttons #115

In sccp_manager, the Cisco 8945 phone is said to have 0 buttons (when it has 4), therefore it is unable to have lines assigned to it.

The phone registers, and is able to use hotline, but as it thinks it has 0 buttons, can not be assigned an extension.

Seems like possibly an easy fix in install.php, line 674?
