this plugin causes noticeable lagg to firefox new tab open even when there are too many tabs open (the exact target audience of Duplicate Closer)

I run 5 different firefoxes with 100..600 tabs open on my 30+ workspaces on an EPYC with 500GB ram and a dedicated nvidiga 3090 for just firefoxes, so its not a hardware issue :D

also most of my OS and config etc are loaded into RAM
