Add logging message when qc metrics on raw data are low

In the process of running lots of data I've found that there are some cases where Eddy is taking 4-5 times longer for certain sessions. I think this might be due to the data being exceptionally bad. It would be great to print out some sort of warning if a very low NDC or DWI contrast is detected
