When preprocessing fmri and DWI, it is better to use an anatomical reference, e.g., T1w. When using T1w as anat ref, different tools, say fmriprep and qsiprep, output preprocessed T1w but are different in preprocessing details. They both use T1w, but T1w has been preprocessed twice. Would it possible to use preprocessed T1w data as input to qsiprep?
