Having a container with slurm and a mock cluster config would allow us to test the script 'live'.

Also TBD: add this and unit tests to a CI GitHub action.

Possible starting point for Slurm simulator, see this recent conversation of mine: HPCNow/slurm_simulator#1

Some work is required to adapt this for recent Slurm versions.

Disclaimer: better Slurm containers may already exist out there.

We've got some slurm containers. I will trial this soon.
