Hello, I am very interested in the challenge, but I can't understand the way to calculate Dice per case in 'Lesion' of the leaderboard.
If 'Lesion' mean 'Liver' and 'tumor', How do you calculate Dice including two sets ( 'Liver' and 'not Liver', 'tumor' and 'not tumor') ?
