When you select an answer in the quiz, the page refreshes and scrolls back to the top, regardless of where they were on the page.

@jfmcquade Is this related to IDEMSInternational/open-app-builder#1150? I'm wondering if we can circumvent the issue by using the dropdown-style combo box, what do you think?
