Defining how content and multimedia assets will appear based on the selected language (English or Filipino).

English Language Selection:

Text content will be in English.
Multimedia assets (e.g., images, videos, audio) will be in Filipino.
media_transcript for videos, audios, & youtube will be in Filipino.

Filipino Language Selection:

Text content will be bilingual (English & Filipino).
Multimedia assets (e.g., images, videos, audio) will be in Filipino.
media_transcript for videos, audios, & youtube will only be available in Filipino.
