Notifications

@Deepaligb24 was thinking of having two kinds of notifications in this deployment (please feel free to add further details/clarification):

1. User completes a module that has an attached reporting form. If the reporting form is not completed within 72 hours after completing the module, they receive a notification reminder to do so. Clicking this notification should take the user to the relevant form (for the relevant relevant parent group).

2. User completes a module. If 48 hours passed and the user has not yet completed the next module, they receive a notification reminder to do so. Clicking this notification should take the user to the relevant module (which is a nav stack on the home screen) for the relevant parent group.

@esmeetewinkel to confirm

1. Can notifications be triggered to re-initialise during app use (rather than only automatically at app start)?
2. When clicking a notification, can we go to a particular app template + set specific data / fields + launch stack?
3. How to author a notification that happens on a fixed day, e.g. New Years.
