Parent groups are managed by two users - facilitator (lead) and co-facilitator (support).

Access & permissions for facilitator and co-faciliattor

Facilitator

  • Can create, edit, and archive parent group
  • Can remove a co-facilitator from a parent group
  • Can access modules & library
  • Can edit parent profile
  • Can edit data reporting forms

Co-facilitator

  • Can join a parent group
  • Can access modules & library
  • Can view parent profiles
  • Can edit data reporting forms

User flows

To view the user flow diagram, open the draw.io file and click on the relevant tab

User flow for login

When a user logins, facilitator and co-facilitator both choose the same user group "Facilitator/Co-facilitator": see user login flow
