As Laravel 8 requires Guzzle 7.0.1 it would be great if this version would be supported.

I created a fork of this repository with a slightly changed API and removed the direct dependency on any specific HTTP client. It is well covered with tests and has a lot of PHPStan annotations. So... Feel free to use :)
