我确认我使用了Panuon.WPF.UI,而不是Panuon.WPF.Silver等先前项目

所使用的Panuon.WPF.UI库版本号

1.2.4.9

发生了什么

设置了FormGroup的HeaderPadding时，header部分会被裁剪，1.1.15版本时没有此问题

看起来是在设计器中出现的问题。设计器和运行时不一致是很常见的情况
