SpreadR not working

SpreadR not working on any model and data source (database or uploaded data). I have tested this with datasets that previously worked well and always get the same error "
Error in model fitting. Please check your input variables assignments and your data.
"

Has anything been changed to SpreadR? What about other models within the app?

I merged the fix from @mgross into the beta version, also.
I can confirm that the fix solves the problem with spreadR in version 22.2.3, see #10 (comment)

What about other models within the app?

@isomemo Please open seperate bug reports if you observe other issues for other models. I noticed you did that for:

• Saved maps #20
• OperatoR inputs #19
• Can no longer run AverageR modelling #17

We will check these issues soon.
