Bug Report: Issue with Organization Button in Admin Panel

Describe the bug
The "Manage" button in the Organization section of the Admin Panel is not functioning as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1.Log in as an admin.
2.Go to the "Organization" section.
3.Click on the "Manage" button.

Expected behavior
The "Manage" button should allow the admin to manage the organization settings or perform the corresponding action.

Actual behavior
Clicking on the "Manage" button does not trigger the expected action, and there is no response or feedback.

Additional details
No error messages or console logs are displayed when the issue occurs. It may need further investigation in the frontend or backend functionality.

@palisadoes, will this issue be resolved in PR #3487? If not, please assign it to me as we discussed in issue #3391.
