Toast Error Appears After Refreshing the Screen

Describe the bug
Whenever the screen is refreshed, a toast error message appears: "The submitted information is invalid. Please check your inputs and try again."
This happens even when no form was submitted before the refresh.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login as user/admin
2. Toast error message will popup
3. If the error doesn't popup, refresh the screen

Expected behavior
No error message should appear upon refreshing unless there was an actual validation issue.

Actual behavior
The toast error appears on screen after a refresh, even when no invalid form submission occurred.
