标注坐标有偏移

辛辛苦苦标注了一下午，结果几乎所有标注产生的坐标都有严重偏移，不知道怎么修正，标注生成的文件里也没找到偏移修正的值，希望能帮忙看看

把x,y坐标这样修正后，部分图片的坐标正常了，但是大多数有旋转的坐标还是不正常
