Command Line (Headless) Execution

Dear authors,

Thank you very much for your great contribution and for releasing this tool. I was wondering whether it is possible to run this tool without having to execute the GUI or not. I want to give the model weights, an image, and the sparse labels to the model inside another code, and don't want to go through the GUI. Please let me know if currently there is support for such executions.
